Insurance and Payment
Boundaries Therapy Center is a provider for most commercial insurance plans. We do not accept Aetna or any Medicaid/Masshealth. Also, if your Tufts ID contains any letters, we can not use this insurance.
Payment plans of clients electing not to use insurance and pay out of pocket can be negotiated. All new clients are informed of how their insurance works for mental health services and are aware of their responsibility for co-payments and deductibles prior to their first visit.
Referrals and First Time Clients
At present, we have limited virtual therapy openings for adults and couples and limited adolescent and child therapy openings (for children age 8 and up). We now have limited child, adolescent and adult psychiatry for medication evaluation and monitoring.

Boundaries Therapy Center can be reached during normal business hours by phone. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911.
The front desk and business office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Clinicians’ hours vary by clinician. Early hours, evening, and Saturday appointments are available.
