Intake calls are screened by the Secretary who gathers some demographic and insurance information. The calls are then referred to the Intake Coordinators. Calls are usually returned within 24 to 48 hours.
The Intake Coordinators gather information over the phone and match new clients with clinicians who treat the presenting problem, are covered by the client’s insurance, and can meet at a time convenient for the client. First appointments are generally available within 7-10 days.
Boundaries Therapy Center is a provider for most insurance plans. Payment plans of clients electing not to use insurance and pay out of pocket can be negotiated. All new clients are informed of how their insurance works for mental health services and are aware of their responsibility for co-payments and deductibles prior to their first visit.

The front desk and business office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Clinicians’ hours vary by clinician. Early hours, evening, and Saturday appointments are available.
